I wanted to write a great review for the recent work done on my basement. Cody was great with the initial inspection, estimate, and keeping me up to date with the work process. Alexis and his team texted me daily before arriving on site, let me know when they were going to lunch, and sent me pictures at my request at the end. I would absolutely recommend the Basement Pros for their professionalism and cleanliness. I was expecting it to look like someone had opened up the floor and I was so pleased to see the lovely job that was done. Hopefully I will never need them again, but I know who to call if there is ever an issue. I can’t wait until it rains so we can test it all out!

I had flooding in my basement and I was referred to Basement pros from a friend. When they got there, they were very professional and informed me of everything that need to be done. I have recommended a few others to use you for future needs .

They came to our house and while the leak was above the foundation they spent time to help me identify the problem.

Great people and quality work! We had bowing walls, water issues, and slab-issues. It was an expensive package (with french/trench drain around inner perimeter, I-beam braces for bowing wall, and poly-foam insertion into slab for stability), but -- from my own research -- it was reasonably priced, and -- more importantly -- excellently executed. Lance was super responsive and always happy to answer any questions via phone or email. Donnie, Cody, and Alexis were wonderful guys doing quality work. I had/have some hesitations about the need for the poly-foam for the slab, but I felt comfortable trusting Lance to make the right call. Would definitely work with them again! (Though that hopefully won't be needed anymore :))

Don and his crew did a WONDERFUL job, they were always checking in when arriving and leaving. We've had several rainfalls and the basement has not leaked once--Before the basement pros did work on our basement, the basement would always leak or flood when it would rain. Thank you for all your hard work!
